klartraum full studio setup

Nadja syncs her laptops to the main studio system. All audio is mixed together in a Soundcraft Digital 328 Mixer.

Helmut uses a fully extended sonic core scope dsp system. This system is connected to the Soundcraft Mixer and has multiple routing possiblities.

Nadja uses multiple laptops in combination with a audio 8 dj card from native instruments. She uses Ableton Live with her favourite plugins :

  • Knufinke Sir2
  • Fabfilter Volcano (Filter FX)
  • Refx Quadrasid (Sid Synth)
  • Korg Legacy Cell (Synth)
  • Native Instruments Guitar Rig (Trial)



Helmut uses plugins on the Scope Dsp System his favourites are :

  • Minimax (Moog Emulation best on the market)
  • Prodessy
  • Pro One
  • Pro Twelve
  • Vinco (analog compression)
  • Adern KickMeToo (drum synthesizer)



for mastering :

  • PsyQ (Psycho EQ and Compressor)
  • Optimaster (Multibandmastering)
  • Analyzer



VST Plugins :

  • Knufinke Sir2 Reverb
  • Refx Quadrasid Synth
  • Abelton Autofilter :)

we love this effect… you just grab some great impulse responses from the web and you get the “real” effect that was recorded at that time… so place your music into the taj mahal or use some lexicon reverbs that cost about 10000 us$… it`s also possible… you can also use it for creative work so you just place a vocal sample and you get crazy new mad sounds…
